Phase 1: Quote & Discussion
Before any project can begin, it is imperative to spend an adequate
amount of time setting up the project parameters. We will need to work closely
with you to determine several factors including, but not limited to:
time-line, technology needs and feasibility of your goals. We will discuss
with you possible solutions to your goals, and provide a clearly defined
quote as to what we can provide to achieve them. Once you are satisfied,
the signed quote is returned with the 25% down payment to begin.
Phase 2: Development & Debugging
During this phase the project is taken "off the drawing board" and onto the
web. This is the longest of all phases and basically is where your project
takes on a physical form. You will be able to see and watch the project,
by accessing our development web site to view the functions as they are
being built. You will be able to see it take shape and make suggestions for
revision.
Phase 3: Editing & Changing
Once the project is on-line for review, we then go ahead and discuss
potential changes and revisions with you. We will provide you with advice
on the changes and what limitations (if any) are inherent in the technology,
but the decision is yours and we never forget that.
Phase 4: Testing
Testing is crucial to any project. unforeseen issues such as security
impacts, or ease of use are also part of this phase. We thoroughly review
everything to ensure you receive a quality product.
Phase 5: Delivery & Implementation
Once the system is fully developed and tested, and no further changes are
requested - we will install the system (as necessary) into your environment.
For clients who use TurnKey Internet to host their project, we will
integrate the system for them. When needed, we will also install and
integrate their projects into other hosting centers, or your own private
servers.
Phase 6: Documentation & Training
Upon completion and delivery, TurnKey provides a user manual that covers
your project and how your staff is to use it. If you prefer, our
programming and consulting team can teach you and your staff either
one-on-one, or in a full presentation, in which case there will be
additional fees involved including all travel expenses etc.
Phase 7: Life Time Support
Just because your project is completed, doesn't mean you no longer have
TurnKey as your partner. We offer life time support, as well as premium
support contracts which provide remote monitoring, remote backup, and even
where needed remote redundant systems for your new project to function.
