2) What control panels and operating systems are available?

Colocation clients can utilize our wide range of choices of Linux or Windows, in just about every flavor possible. You can select the operating system (and control panel) options in the check out for your server. If you don't see the version or option you require, please Contact Us and let us know and we usually can accomidate any customized software request. We offer control panel installation, setup and licensing for cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin - as well as offer licensing for WHMCS (popular for web hosting companies), you can select these at check out.

3) What support is included with my Colocated Server?

Depending on which pacakge or service plan you select, this may be included or a low cost optional upgrade. the R1Soft baremetal CDP remote backup system offers full snapshot, versioning, roll-back and bare metal restore capabilities via an easy to use web interface for secure and fully automated access to your backups. Colocation clients are provided a free 25GB NAS (Network Attached Storage) you can use to backup to or store data on as well.

5) How soon will my account be ready?

Colocation orders are provisioned same business day usually if your order is placed, paid and approved by the billing department prior to 1 PM (EST).
