Download
Windows SharePoint Services 3.0:

need to be concerned with anything more)

not already present, install the .Net 2.0 framework:

Once
you download the package and then click to install, you will see this screen...

[Next >] to continue

process will take a bit...stand by....
NO
REBOOT NECESSARY!
Go
to Start >> All Programs >> Administrative Tools >>
SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration.
Here's
what you should see...
