Does your service guarantee cover my hardware?
The TurnKey Colocation 100% Network Uptime (Service Level Agreement) covers
your network connectivity, and not your hardware. If your hardware should have issues,
you can ship replacement parts to us for installation, or we can ship the hardware
back to you - but this does not provide for a refund on colocation hosting service.
We highly recommend you use only the highest quality parts for your servers.
